Oracle to invest over US$6.5 bln in AI, cloud computing in Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 2 — Oracle plans to invest more than US$6.5 billion (RM26.9 billion) to set up its first public cloud region in Malaysia, the company said today, the latest major investment by a global tech firm into the Southeast Asian country.
